Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. We offer complimentary shipping on orders exceeding a specified amount.

When will I receive my order?

Order processing typically takes 2-4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Returns

What is Sans Play's return policy?

Sans Play is committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully:

  • We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order (the return window begins the day the tracking shows delivered status).
  • Returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the return request submission to qualify for a full refund.
  • For orders with split shipments, the return window begins from the final package delivery date and time.
  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the entire return may be declined.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.  
  • Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned package for processing.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
  • Orders with 15 or more overseas products (within the same shipping timeframe) will be shipped directly to you , potentially reducing shipping time by 2-3 business days.
